My hubby and I are frequent but light eaters. We generally splurge each morning for room service. I know, I know, it's expensive but we take a while to get ready so for us it's worth it to not have to get ready, head out, wait in line, order, eat, etc. etc. We usually have toast and coffee or if we're at the mirage we're always suckers for the Challah French Toast with Bananas and Sticky Pecans, side of ham and coffee/tea. That's enough for both of us.

We usually forget about lunch unless our tummies are rumbling, then we grab something light or just order another drink to tide us over, then we splurge at dinner.

We don't patronize fancy places and prefer restaurants where we can have some fun like: Quark's, Rainforest Cafe, California Pizza Kitchen, Kahunaville etc. We also frequent the 24 hour cafes in hotels. Also, we generally make sure we have 1 dinner each trip at Buzio's in the Rio, so I can get my seafood fix.

Just before retiring for the night we load up on snacks because you can get things in America that you just can't get in Canada. And we are snackfood addicts. We love to end a long, tiring day/night but curling up in front of the telly with a load of our favourite junk food.
